Terms of Use – Edgeflow FX Expert Advisor

Effective Date: 24 Jul 2025

By purchasing, downloading, or using any Forex Expert Advisor (“EA”) provided by Edgeflow FX, you agree to the following Terms of Use:

1. License Grant

You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the EA on one (1) MT4/MT5 trading account, unless otherwise specified. Additional accounts require separate licenses.

2. Account Binding & Verification

Your MT4/MT5 account number must be provided after purchase for license activation.

We use this to bind the EA to your trading account to prevent unauthorized use.

Use of the EA on unregistered or unlicensed accounts is strictly prohibited.

3. Affiliate Version Restriction

The Affiliate Version of the EA is restricted to use only on accounts registered via Edgeflow FX’s IB links.
Attempting to use this version on non-affiliated accounts may result in deactivation without refund.

4. No Financial Guarantee

While our EAs are built on proven strategies and tested rigorously, past performance does not guarantee future results.
All trading involves risk. You are solely responsible for any financial decisions made using our products.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and license activation upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Please ensure you understand the product and version (Standard vs Affiliate) before purchase.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not:

Reverse engineer, copy, distribute, or resell the EA

Share or lend your license to others

Use the EA for commercial hosting, signal services, or resale without permission

Violations will result in license termination and potential legal action.

7. Updates & Support

We may provide performance updates, bug fixes, or enhancements at our discretion.
Technical support is available via email or Telegram as stated on our Contact page.

8. Changes to Terms

Edgeflow FX reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our EA after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
