At Edgeflow FX, we offer digital products (Expert Advisors for Forex trading) that are delivered instantly after purchase and bound to specific trading accounts. Due to the nature of our products and licensing system, we enforce a strict no-refund policy.

❌ No Refunds or Returns

By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All sales are final and non-refundable

  • Our products are digitally delivered and considered used once license activation begins

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after the order is confirmed

✅ Exceptions (If Applicable)

Refunds will only be considered under the following rare conditions:

  • You were charged more than once for the same product due to a technical error

  • You accidentally purchased the wrong version (Standard vs. Affiliate), and the EA was not yet delivered or bound to your account
